I stayed here for two nights during my road trip, and while the location was perfect and the staff were welcoming, the cleanliness was severely lacking, which really affected my experience. The motel has a charming local feel and is close to all the battlefield sites, but the room conditions were concerning. I wouldn't recommend it personally due to these issues, despite the great location.

We've been staying here for Labor Day weekend for three years now, and it never disappoints! The location is superb, right by the cemetery and where ghost tours pass by, adding to the atmosphere. The rooms are clean and friendly service is always around. However, the fridge was too small for our group, and there were no microwaves, which made late-night snacks a challenge. Overall, we had an amazing time and plan to return next year!
